How did you link your books to your blog? I co-authored a book and I couldn't figure out a way to do that...

http://www.amazon.com/connect ... adding books is a complex process, involving getting someone else (such as the book's editor) to sign off that you are the author. If each book you've written was done with different folks, that can take some time.
